WiseOwli is a clinical practice management platform for licensed mental health professionals. It provides AI-assisted session documentation, DSM-5 assessments, treatment planning, patient management, scheduling, and billing tools.

You must be a licensed mental health professional or authorized staff of a licensed practice to use WiseOwli. By using our platform, you confirm you meet these requirements and are legally authorized to handle the patient data you enter.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Enter false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access

AI-generated suggestions, disorder assessments, and treatment plan recommendations are decision-support tools only. They do not replace professional clinical judgment. You are solely responsible for all clinical decisions made using our platform.

Access to WiseOwli is subject to applicable subscription fees processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize WiseOwli LLC to charge applicable fees to your payment method.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. WiseOwli LLC reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Your use of WiseOwli is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms. You retain ownership of all clinical data you enter. By using WiseOwli, you grant WiseOwli LLC the right to process that data solely to provide our services.

All software, design, content, and technology comprising the WiseOwli platform is owned by WiseOwli LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use our services.

WiseOwli LLC may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for other reasons with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

The WiseOwli platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WiseOwli LLC does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WiseOwli LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. WiseOwli LLC's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

WiseOwli LLC may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising between you and WiseOwli LLC shall be resolved in the courts of California.
